"The London School of Business and Management, located in one of Europe's most important business centers, has provided me with the opportunity to enable my development in that field by broadening my career prospects and enhancing my qualifications in my pursuit of a widely-recognized Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in an international environment.

LSBMs MBA classes are small, with fewer than twenty students, allowing for easy discussion of subject material. The professors are knowledgeable about the subject matter, and classes are composed of multinationals from across the globe.

As a former Natural Resource Management (NRM) Extension Agent in sub-Saharan Africa with a degree in the field of Biology, I have a strong knowledgebase in agriculture and NRM. The combination of two years as an NRM agent in the field and two years as a Farmer-to-Farmer Program associate gives me a well-rounded background and unique, comprehensive perspective of the International Development sector. However, my Business Management qualifications are currently very limited, particularly in the General Management, Marketing and Finance sectors. These are areas in which a good knowledgebase is absolutely essential for career development and advancement across many sectors, so the skills I am learning at LSBM will prove beneficial to me even if I divert my career path from International Development in the future."

Question: Why did you choose to study at LSBM?

"After my BA degree on International Relations, I had decided to widen my knowledge with an more interdisciplinary programme, Master of International Affairs and Public Policy in Turkey. Question: Why did you choose to study at LSBM?

"London is a great city and LSBM a great college for so many reasons- not just because of the small classes and knowledgeable tutors, but for the sense that you are at the heart of things."

LSBM is a small college, which has time for you as an individual. They do not only have time they use it and really want to help. This regards both the lecturers and other employees in LSBM. If you show the teacher you really want to learn you get as much help you want and if there is an issue you think they could do better the staff are willing to listen and help.

The lecturers are very knowledgeable and experienced. Many with years of experience in a certain are from their own businesses. The classes consist of many different nationalities, which helps the teaching. We do not solely read about cultural differences and how it affects businesses, we get real and up to date examples.

LSBM uses University of London's facilities, which are modern and well equipped. We as students also have access to University of London's student union, which is a good place for extracurricular activities, such as sport activities or just to socialise and enjoy cheap food and beer."
