Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Programme overview
The Master of Business Administration is widely regarded as the most prestigious business qualification in the world. Graduates are highly sought after by employers for their knowledge expertise and problem solving abilities, and the qualification is often used as a strong indicator of senior management of board level potential. The University of Wales, Newport has a respected Business School with established links to professional bodies such as the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), of which graduates can gain member status upon successful completion of the programme.
The MBA taught component is delivered over the period of one academic year. Students will have up to 6 months afterward to complete their dissertation.

Entry Requirements
- An undergraduate degree or;
- Professional experience which is deemed suitable by the Newport Business School;
- For students whose first language is not English, a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent is required.
