Certificate in Change Management

This qualification provides an introduction to the LSBM Diploma in Business and Management.

The Certificate in Change Management is designed for people with no or little previous exposure to the subject and can be taken individually or used to progress to the LSBM DBM if taken in conjunction with all other 7 certificates.

Aims

To help you understand and evaluate, as a working or aspiring change manager, about:

• change in the workplace from two perspectives, the historical and the applied one
• critically analyzing workplace change as a result of industrialization as well as the forces that shape the contemporary, modern workplace
• reviewing issues in organizational change, such as change management strategies, motivation to change, interventions and human resource management
• focusing on building practical skills in planning and implementing organizational change
