About The Course:

The MSc in ICT at LSBM will help you widen your skills to manage all aspects of converging technologies. By the end of the course, you will have learned to evaluate technical, societal and management dimensions of computer systems, understand the associated legal and ethical issues, the techniques and limitations of business process reviews, and software development principles.

Master of Science in Information and Communication Technology Management (MScICT)

It will primarily enable you to understand the critical contribution of information and technology within business management and thereby develop appropriate strategies in management. This programme explores how information and communication technologies may be managed, and how they may serve the purposes of management. Graduates have gained employment as: ICT managers, project managers and consultants; business and systems analysts; teachers and lecturers.

Duration: 12 to 18 months

Awarding Body: Cardiff Metropolitan University

Start Dates: September (Autumn) and February (Spring)

Entry Requirements:

  • An Honours degree at least 2:2 or its equivalent in a relevant area e.g. Information Systems or Business Studies with a substantive technology element; OR
  • Five years relevant work experience
  • Applicants from other backgrounds will be considered on an individual basis
  • For students whose first language is not English, a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent is required.
