LSBM PROMOTIONAL TRIPS TO NEPAL AND PAKISTAN

In the month of July, LSBM Student Advisors travelled to Nepal and Pakistan to meet with prospective students and promote the School in these countries.

Melindi Britz visited Kathmandu and Pokhara where she gave numerous presentations and was interviewed by a local TV station. Melindi also gave a guest lecture at the Little Angel’s College – a Higher Education institution affiliated with Kathmandu University.

Matt gave presentations and interviewed students interested in studying at LSBM.

The tour was organised by BMZ – a trusted representative in Pakistan.

May/June/July 2008

LSBM VISITS INDIA AND PAKISTAN

During the month of April and May, Melindi Britz, Student Advisor, travelled to India to attend India’s largest Education fair. This successful event was hosted by Times Education and the response from students was fantastic.

Matt Gordon, another Student Advisor, visited Pakistan in May where he met with our local representatives and future students.

SUMMER SCHOOL

In the second week of July LSBM will be hosting a group of students from South Africa for the next edition of our popular Summer School. 

The programme includes a short course leading to a Certificate in International Business Principles and sightseeing London.

FAREWELL TO KATIE

Katie Heriot Maitland, Student Services Coordinator, has left LSBM to pursue different career interests.

We would like to thank her for her contribution to the School and students’ welfare.

LSBM SUMMER SCHOOL WAS PROMOTED IN SOUTH AFRICA

LSBM has an extensive network of academic partners, one of these being the CTI Education Group of South Africa. INDIA 2008

REACCREDITATION BY THE BRITISH ACCREDITATION COUNCIL FOR INDEPENDENT FURTHER AND HIGHER EDUCATION.
LSBM is proud to announce that the School has been reaccredited by the British Accreditation Council for Independent Further and Higher Education. BAC accreditation is recognised around the world by students, agents and government officials as the mark of educational quality in the private sector. Accreditation by the BAC is also recognised by the Border and Immigration Agency (BIA) of the Home Office as a qualifying requirement for institutions wishing to enrol visa students.

LSBM OPEN DAY  March 14 & 15
LSBM invites all prospective students to an Open Day, which will take place on Friday 14th and Saturday 15th March. All participants who register online before the event will enter a draw for fantastic prizes, such as an iPod Nano!  Read more in our January/February 08 Newsletter
 

NEW LSBM SCHOLARSHIP AND BURSARY PROGRAMMES
The new LSBM Scholarship and Bursary programmes were launched in February 2008 for students wishing to undertake their studies at LSBM from September 2008 or January 2009. This fantastic opportunity is open to all students who have applied and are holding an offer to study at LSBM.
