LSBM is proud to announce that the School has been reaccredited by the British Accreditation Council for Independent Further and Higher Education.  BAC accreditation is recognised around the world by students, agents and government officials as the mark of educational quality in the private sector.  Accreditation by the BAC is also recognised by the Border
and Immigration Agency (BIA) of the Home Office as a qualifying requirement for institutions wishing to enrol visa students.

  

WELCOME TO ALL NEW STUDENTS!!!

At the beginning of this month, LSBM staff had the pleasure of welcoming a group of new students to the college. All students began their time at LSBM with an action-packed orientation day. This induction to the school proved to be the perfect cure for any beginning of term nerves and queries. Students were provided with lots of useful information on living and studying in London, and were also given a clear outline of their academic programmes and personal goals for the year.

No orientation would be complete without a guided tour, and ours was no exception. Students enjoyed visiting a number of facilities including classrooms, IT rooms, libraries, and the University of London Union gym, pool and shops. To top this off, students were able to meet their peers over lunch in the buzzing atmosphere of the Student Union café.

We hope that all new students settle in well!

LSBM invites all prospective students to an Open Day, which will take place on Friday 14th and Saturday 15th March. All participants who register online before the event will enter a draw for fantastic prizes, such as an iPod Nano!

NEW LSBM SCHOLARSHIP AND BURSARY PROGRAMMES

The new LSBM Scholarship and Bursary programmes were launched in February 2008 for students wishing to undertake their studies at LSBM from September 2008 or January 2009. This fantastic opportunity is open to all students who have applied and are holding an offer to study at LSBM.

There are two 50% scholarships available: one for Undergraduate students and one for Postgraduate students. The scholarships are based on academic merit, and we will look for good academic standards plus a high level of English. Students can enter the competition online.

The LSBM Bursaries are offered to all applicants that hold an offer of a place at any course at LSBM for the September 2008 and January 2009 intakes. There are 3 bursaries per intake of £500 off tuition fees each.

Deadlines for Scholarship and Bursary applications are:

• 15th August 2008 for September intake
• 15th December 2008 for the January 2009 intake

All prospective students are welcome to apply for the LSBM Scholarships and Bursaries. There is no application fee, and the application process is easy.
