Download the printable application form (pdf format) from the links above. Please note that it will not be possible to process applications which are not completed in full. Be certain to include postal, phone, and e-mail contact information. Also, let us know whether you need accommodation assistance. It is strongly recommended that students should have access to the Internet and an e-mail address during the application process.

Step 2
Send the completed application form and supporting documentation (as indicated below)  to the admissions office at the school. If you fill the form out, scan it and submit it online, you will need to send the qualifying documents separately by post, or initially by fax.
The address is:
Admissions
London School of Business and Management
Central House
14 Upper Woburn Place
London WC1H 0NN
tel. 0207 388 8877
fax. 0207 388 8878

You will need to send:

• A completed application form
• Two recent passport-size photographs (with the applicant’s name and ID number printed on the back)
• Two letters of reference; one from an academic source and one from a personal/work source.
• Copies of all academic records including: (Do not send original documents at this point)
1) Transcripts from all secondary institutions such as high school, O-level, A-level, etc.
2) Transcripts from all undergraduate institutions
3) Diploma or degree certificates (or provisional certificates) from all undergraduate institutions
4) Evidence of your English language abilities (see the English Language section)
5) Any certificates from professional training you may have completed
• A copy of your passport photo and personal info. pages

In order to be considered for admission, application forms and supporting documentation (including copies of academic records/certificates) must reach the school before the application closing date (as published on the LSBM website) for the programme.

In the case of applying for admission onto external programmes, you may be required to complete an additional application form (e.g. students who are interested in studying towards a University of London qualification will have to complete a separate application for admission onto the External Programme.)

Step 3
LSBM will acknowledge receipt of your application by e-mail. If your application is complete, it will be processed immediately and a response of acceptance or refusal will be sent by post and/or e-mail within five working days (in the case of internal programmes). Students applying for external programmes will be given notification of the admission decision as soon as the school has received communication from the relevant institution.  Incomplete applications will be suspended until all necessary documentation has been received.

Step 4

The admission decision will be sent to you by post, or it will be delivered it to an LSBM representative if you have asked them for assistance. In the acceptance letter you will see information about your programme commencement date and what payment needs to be made in order to confirm your place. Once the fees have been received by the school, your place will be held for the desired term and (if required) visa support documents will be issued. These will be followed by a welcome letter and a student information package.
